Carbon compliance is fragmented by design: a company operating across India, Singapore and the EU faces three incompatible reporting regimes, each with its own methodology, thresholds and verification standard. Most tools handle one regime well and bolt the others on — a CCTS module here, a CBAM add-on there — which means the same underlying emissions data gets re-entered, re-mapped and quietly diverges across systems.
WMAD Pvt. Ltd. is co-promoter and a shareholder in MintCarb, and serves as its founding technology partner — responsible for the platform's engineering from architecture through delivery. Ventures are separately capitalised and staffed from WMAD's client services; engagements are ring-fenced accordingly.
