AI-native carbon intelligence — measure, comply, verify and report across jurisdictions from one platform.
Carbon compliance is fragmented by design: a company operating across India, Singapore and the EU faces three incompatible reporting regimes, each with its own methodology, thresholds and verification standard. Most tools handle one regime well and bolt the others on — a CCTS module here, a CBAM add-on there — which means the same underlying emissions data gets re-entered, re-mapped and quietly diverges across systems.
MintCarb is built the other way round — as one data model that speaks CCTS, CCS, CBAM, BRSR, GRI, SBTi, Article 6 and VCM natively, with verification-grade lineage on every reported figure back to its source. A single emissions record can satisfy an Indian CCTS filing and an EU CBAM declaration from the same underlying data, because the jurisdiction-specific logic sits as a layer on top of one consistent structure, not as three parallel systems.
It's live in beta today in Singapore and India. The same architecture already covers the EU's CBAM regime, US and UK carbon markets, and Brazil's REDD+ credit framework — plus the voluntary carbon market globally — with operational rollout in those markets following the platform's own beta timeline, not a rebuild.
WMAD’s role
WMAD Pvt. Ltd. is co-promoter and a shareholder in MintCarb, and serves as its founding technology partner — responsible for the platform's engineering from architecture through delivery. Ventures are separately capitalised and staffed from WMAD's client services; engagements are ring-fenced accordingly.
Regulatory or voluntary-market frameworks the platform already supports, ahead of a live operational presence there.
We built MintCarb because we kept seeing the same architectural mistake in carbon compliance software: treating each regulatory regime as its own product, which multiplies both the engineering cost and the risk of the same figure being reported two different ways in two different filings. Solving that properly required the kind of ground-up, verification-first data architecture that a client engagement rarely has the mandate to fully commit to — so we built it as our own venture instead.
It's also the clearest possible proof of what our compliance-platform engineering practice actually means in production, under the same audit standard a client's regulator or verifier would apply — not a claim on a services page, but a live platform carrying real regulatory weight.
A separate company. WMAD Pvt. Ltd. is co-promoter, a shareholder, and MintCarb's founding technology partner, but MintCarb is separately capitalised and staffed from WMAD's client services, with engagements ring-fenced accordingly.

Yes — the same architecture discipline that underpins MintCarb applies directly to a client compliance-platform engagement. See Compliance & Regulatory Platforms for how that work is scoped.
No. Ventures are separately capitalised and staffed from client services, and engagements are ring-fenced so a client relationship is never made to compete with a venture's interests. See Trust & Security for the full governance stance.
MintCarb is the proof point. If you need engineering that can survive an audit, we should talk.
